Rediscover What Matters
It often takes a shift of just one degree to course correct. But to change gears, you need to take your foot off the accelerator.
This retreat will create space for you to do just that.Â
Â
Step out of your routine, and perhaps a little out of your comfort zone, to reconnect with yourself in a beautiful location, immersed in nature.Â
Â
You will leave knowing what really matters to you and with the ability to make it happen.
What do I get from Lift Off, by Dapper?
You get far more than a few days away from the grind. Get stuck into energising outdoor activities, wholesome food, and the right balance between time to yourself and shared experiences with inspiring, experienced facilitators and like-minded attendees. You’ll emerge with a renewed sense of clarity, both personally and professionally.
The golden thread linking everyone at a One Degree, by Dapper retreat are our values around being real, cultivating joy, keeping it simple, creating space, and setting clear intentions.

Claire Janigo, massage therapist and hiking guide
Claire is happiest when hiking in the mountains, either on skis or on foot, with her dog in tow and beautiful views in the horizon. She works as a sports massage therapist and hiking guide in Chamonix Mont Blanc. After over a decade of living in the valley and lots of outdoor adventures she has the inside scoop on all the hidden gems you can look forward to experiencing on this retreat.
Get back to yourself – to when you were playful, read more, hiked more, ate for nourishment, and stepped into your day with a spring in your step and a smile on your face.
